One-way devices, done correctly
Exclusion tubes, netting, and valves must match the opening type and bat species behavior. Improper mesh can strand bats or push them into living spaces. We size and place devices after mapping primary and secondary exits, then monitor until activity stops before final sealing.
Sealing that lasts on inland buildings
Eastern Washington sees freeze-thaw cycles, wind-driven dust, and intense summer sun. We use materials suited to fascia, stucco, brick, metal roofs, and vinyl—so seals hold through seasons, not just until the next inspection.

Repairs that blend in
Seals should look like they belong on the building—not a patchwork of mismatched foam. Gaps 1/8" and up get clear, paintable exterior sealant; larger gaps and metal-roof ribs get custom-cut foam set flush then sealed; log joints get flexible chinking; vents and chimneys get mesh, hardware cloth, flashing, and bat-proof caps; brick gets mortar repair where needed; weep holes get proper covers and are never sealed solid.
