Bats are the core of our business
Bats are the core of our business, not a side service. Our crews do bat work every week. On request, your job can be handled by our bat remediation lead, using dedicated bat-exclusion equipment that is never shared with other animal work.
A documented inspection
Every opening is numbered, photographed, and classified as primary (active entry) or secondary (a gap bats will move to once the main ones are closed). You see exactly what we found and why it matters.
Honest options
When it makes sense, we price two paths: a targeted fix for the active entry points only, and a whole-structure exclusion. We explain the tradeoff plainly: sealing only the active holes often pushes bats a few feet down the same roofline, so only the whole-structure option carries our re-entry warranty.
Humane and legal
Bats leave on their own through custom-built one-way doors. We check for flightless pups before excluding and follow every state’s maternity-season rules. In Washington we operate with Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW)–aware practices for nuisance wildlife.

We carry our own general liability and workers’ compensation, so nothing relies on your insurance. In Washington we operate with WDFW-aware practices for nuisance wildlife; across the Wildlife Specialists Group, each state company is licensed and insured locally.

Local owners, backed by a bigger team
Each state is run by a local owner-operator, supported by a team working in Utah, Colorado, Texas, Florida, and Idaho. You get eastern Washington ownership and scheduling with that multi-state bench strength behind it.
Humane, legal, and safe
Bats are protected wildlife. We do not trap, poison, or seal colonies in. Custom one-way doors let bats exit at dusk and block re-entry. Before any exclusion in the warm months we check accessible attic areas for flightless pups or an active maternity colony; if pups are present, we wait until they can fly.

- Bat-box / alternate-roost options can be discussed when appropriate for the property and colony.
- Technicians who may handle bats are rabies-vaccinated and use proper PPE; we never ask customers to handle live bats.
- Keep doors and windows closed during the exclusion period—bats will look hard for another way back in.
Repairs that blend in
Sealing should disappear into the building—not announce itself as a patchwork of mismatched foam. We match material and finish to what is already there so curb appeal survives the job and the seal holds through inland freeze-thaw and summer sun.
- Clear, paintable exterior sealant on gaps 1/8" and up—invisible from the ground when it can be
- Custom-cut compressed foam or black rigid foam set flush on larger gaps, panel seams, and metal-roof ribs, then sealed
- Flexible sealant and chinking on log and timber joints that move with the wood through the seasons
- Copper or stainless mesh, 1/4" galvanized hardware cloth, flashing, and bat-proof chimney caps on vents, chimneys, and big voids
- Mortar repair on brick and stone where needed; weep holes get proper covers and are never sealed solid
- Stucco and paint blending available so patches texture and color-match the surrounding wall
