Covered vs. not covered
The warranty applies to whole-structure bat exclusion: the mapped openings we sealed after one-way devices cleared the colony. Targeted one-spot repairs are priced separately and do not carry the same re-entry warranty.

Claim process

Notify us promptly
Contact us within 15 days of first noticing activity—call (509) 257-4206 or email info@washingtonwildlifespecialists.com. Late notice can void the claim under the written terms.

We schedule an inspection
Provide reasonable access. We photograph the site, confirm whether re-entry is through a sealed point we warrantied, and explain findings before any work.

Covered fix at no charge
If it is a covered re-entry, we remove bats as needed and reseal. No refunds—the remedy is re-inspection and repair of warranted work.

If it is not covered
If inspection finds no covered issue (for example a new gap from later roofing, or entry through an open window), a service charge may apply depending on travel and time. We still tell you exactly what we found.
What makes our warranty stronger
- Whole-structure seal—not just the hole you can see—so bats cannot slide a few feet down the same roofline
- Primary and secondary openings mapped, photographed, and sealed in the right order with one-ways on actives
- Return visit, device removal, and final seal before the warranty clock starts
- Before-and-after photos and a written completion date on your certificate
- Transferable coverage and optional extended plans after year two
- We fix other companies’ failed foam and devices before we put our name on the envelope
Honest note about exterior bats
Honest note about exterior bats: bats flying around the neighborhood, roosting on an open porch, or hanging briefly on siding are not the same as a colony inside your envelope. Our warranty covers re-entry through openings we sealed. It does not mean every bat in eastern Washington will disappear from the sky. If activity returns at a sealed location, that is a warranty call—we want to hear from you.
When coverage starts
Warranty coverage begins when exclusion devices are removed and permanent sealing on the agreed scope is complete—not while one-ways are still cycling the colony out. Guano cleanup is scoped and warrantied separately as workmanship on the remediation itself—see guano cleanup.
